Nice clean hotel in old town area with amazing view in the ocean front suite. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the bed was super comfy. The ac worked well.
The in room safe kept having issues but they were quick to respond and fix it.
This is in a loud neighborhood so be advised of that. It is also not a new fancy hotel but it is really good and clean. Very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's outdated and smells bad. The front looks nice and well kept but the room we were placed it was atrocious. It was so small and to make things worse, the bathroom wasn't cleaned right. We rented the first hotel that was available because not many were available on the day we landed. The price was reasonable but NOT worth it. We paid 1,300 pesos. As I was taking a shower, I NOTICED THIS HOLE. You can CLEARLY SEE INSIDE. I felt so UNCOMFORTABLE but I knew they wouldn't do anything since I was told there was no more rooms available. Stay away from this old hotel.

The location was great, right in the heart of the romantic zone. The rooms were really out dated, but for the price point, there are no complaints. The pillows were really nice!

Positive: The staff was nice and a good location. Negative: I did not realize when booking that it had no pool and no way to cancel the reservation. I forfeited 3 nights as it was too warm and no pool. The kitchen is outside on the balcony.

My wife was attacked outside the hotel. We immediately went to another hotel. This Hotel would not refund the difference from the 8 other nights we were to stay there. Saftey of the visitors is not a priority at this location. They just want money. Watch out if you stay here, your wife may get harassed,abducted or worse walking out the front door.

Inexpensive oceanfront location next to the Malecon at Los Muertos.
The staff was amazing.
It's not a 5 star all inclusive resort but I prefer the location and eating with the locals.
Perfect location.

Every member of the staff was wonderful! Carlos u0026 Gervacio from the front desk were two of the most kind u0026 attentive people I've ever met. The hotel itself has some character u0026 could use some love, but they're definitely doing great with what they've got. I would love to go back, like right now. ????????❤️
