Terrible service, the receptionist was rude. The rooms are small and hot. We were charged for towels that were clearly stained with the paint that was used to print the logo. It was ridiculous. Not worth staying here

Had a room on the 7th floor great views from balcony had a kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster the cable TV was very bad not that I minded when you could be on the beach in 2 min from the lobby. 3 if you grab a beer at the Oxo convenience store.

The restaurant below the hotel is awful, you can eat cheaper and tastifully a few blocks from there. The hotel is located in a very good spot, having access to the beach and the downtown

Clean Rooms, Good Service, near to beach and Malecón of Vallarta. Only wrong is the pool, because are so very very cold.

Helpful staff. Excellent location...almost all rooms are sea facing.
