The host was warm and inviting.
He extended his welcome to us upon entry. He was so accommodating. We stayed in a lovely room on the top floor of the hostel. What An excellent location!
Some might say… the best in Vallarta.
We would be happy to stay there… forever!

This indeed is the best location in Puerto Vallarta for simple and affordable private rooms. It is two blocks from the beach and close to everything I need for a wonderful stay in Vallarta. The hostel has a pleasant atmosphere, the rooftop terrace has spectacular views of the sea and the city and Roberto the host is very hospitable, kind, and friendly. I will be returning in two weeks for another stay. I can't wait!

Hostal enjoy has simple accomodations tho primative the worker was a very nice guy a little seriouse when I first arrived later he lightened up and turned out to be real cool I only spent one day one night there and had a primative experience with a gas stove minimal cook wear sauce pans silver wear etc I think I'd rate this place overall not for the lazy or less tolerant folk tho the roof top lounge was pretty it's three frights of stairs when I was staying the place was desserted empty just on person staying down the hall in the single room also the locker had three large spaces only one could be locked the lock hasps had been broken away from the other two .in a personal note on September 1 2021 don't know when youl be there but hostal enjoy Vallarta is really at the moment mostly for enjoying Vallarta unless you come to enjoy the little things or to enjoy the memories of resourceful kitchen moments. I will rate this add five stars because most experience I treasure.

Though it's the cheapest place in town definitely worth to pay more and stay elsewhere. Owner was very tricky and rude, didn't have room we booked free and tried tricking us into paying double the booking for similar room, as if one we booked was bad quality. Eventually we paid more to stay as it was late. The bedsheets seemed very dirty and beds had sand in them. Owner was very unhelpful when we struggled to read the password for wifi. Do not recommend unless they improve few things.

Owner is dishonest and a scam artist. Did a booking a couple weeks ago, come to the hostel and the owner tells us that our room isn't ready. Gives us a temporary room with no shower or toilet and says ours will be ready tomorrow. Next day claims that we never bookedthe right room when we had documents. Time for the owner to lawyer up because he's going to be getting a big fat lawsuit!

Worst hostel I've stayed at. Needs a deep cleaning! And I don't smoke or drink nor was I asked to leave. I give it two stars for cheapness and local.
