Excellent service! Room spacious and clean with stunning ocean view! Our bartender Alfredo was great! He created a personalized drink that was delicious! Our waiter Rodrigo was amazing! Always catering to our needs and making sure our experience is great! Thank you Alfredo, Rodrigo and team for delivering exceptional service and care!

I will definitely come back, this time with my kids!

Overall the atmosphere was great. Had some issues checking in. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready till 5pm. Every time I went to the desk to check, the staff seemed to be lost and took a long time to find the Check-In forms that we signed at 1:40 when we arrived. The issues I had were mostly just with front desk staff and some house keeping problems.

The area though!! So beautiful, relaxing, and restful.
Personally I think they really benefited from their great wait staff. The bartenders, the servers in the restaurants, and the people assisting us by the pool were amazing. They are the reason my rating is this high

This review is solely based on the excellent service we received from Moises. Moises works very hard, he would run to get drink orders, I am sure it was difficult for him on the beach running but he did. His friendliness, communication and all around presence was amazing. Moises was always there and ready to take our next drink order. He also remembered our drink orders for the next time we were ready. He was awesome at communicating when he was off work for a day as well as letting us know his section for the next day. We continued to go to his section because he made our stay wonderful. Moises even waved goodbye to where we were standing in the lobby on the day we left. Thank you Moises:)

Pescador is an amazing restaurant. The best food I’ve ever had on a vacation, it’s seasoned well to perfection. Juan was great, he took care of me and my girlfriend, and made sure we have everything we needed. The service was just a 10/10 and Alejandro was great as well. I strongly recommend this restaurant when you stay at Grand Park Royal Hotel! We will definitely be back, until next time✌????✈️

Gonzalo, Oscar, and Victor treated us like family. They went above an beyond with their service. We legit didn’t have to ask for anything because they were proactive with their service. If we had a request, they would gladly provide it. This has been the best experience we’ve had so far. I would highly recommend eating at Andiamo. The food was great, friendly environment, and spectacular service!

Had an amazing stay enjoyed the food and drinks. Jesus, Jorge u0026 Pablo were amazing bartenders. Very respectful and made amazing drinks. They had amazing customer service. My only complaint is that the room service sucked. We were on floor 4 and the lady took $90 out of a purse that was left in the room. Didn’t really clean our room or restock any drinks.

Excellent Services!!! At Verandas Restaurant we has a delicious breakfast. Our servers Carlos and Daniela took the time to met our needs. Cony Barajas made sure everyone was taken care off. Thank you for your hospitality ????
