Service was great. People were helpful and nice. The pool was beautiful and had a lot of beach chairs to lay in. The beach area was also nice but needed to be cleaned. There seemed to be trash around the sand. The hotel was nicely maintained (clean wise). The rooms were nice but the bed was so hard. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the living room couch/beds because they were softer. The extra sheets in the drawers were musty from the humidity so I don't think they were freshly washed. The kitchen had a stove that slightly worked but they didn't have saly/pepper, oil, coffee, napkins, sponge /soap. So if you're not buying all inclusive and like to make your own breakfast like we do, bring your own.

Old school Mexican resort full of charm and great staff.

If you want to go to Mexico and feel like you're still in America, consider staying elsewhere. However, if you want a safe, comfortable, down-to-earth, and affordable all inclusive this is your place. I really appreciated the Mexican style food and getting to practice my Spanish while enjoying great wifi, excellent air conditioning, and a good location located between downtown and the cruise port.

1.We booked the standard beach room and was told at check in they didn't receive the same information, even with the confirmation email they didn't care.

2.They sent us across the street to the another building called mountain view meaning we got a down graded and were in another building no where near the building. FYI this building or rooms isn't even reflected on their website.

3. We argued for hours in the lobby with management and my travel agent on the phone. Pretty much I was told they didn't care, take it or leave it.

I recommend staying at a hotel which values there customers.

Worst all inclusive experience I've ever had. Actually asked to check out after 2 horrible rooms, was finally given one that was better but still had major issues. Sewage gas coming through floor drain and a bedroom door that the lever wouldn't open all the way so trapped you in the bedroom if you shut the door completely. And that was the room that was passable. Drinks were horrible, couldn't even drink the blended drinks as they tasted like chemicals. The red wine was unpalatable, the white barely so. We ended up buying our own wine and drinking that. While they say they have a few restaurants to choose from, you're allowed 1 every 2 days, otherwise only the buffet. Since we were there for 3 days we only had the chance to eat at 1 specialty restaurant, which was ok but nothing special. No other wines were available at the Italian restaurant, good thing we brought our own. We were accosted by the bellhop as we were taking our bags to the car, as if we were sneaking out even though we had already talked to the front desk and arranged a late check out. He was super rude and took down my license plate and said he was going to report us even though we explained that we were just vacating the room and were still checked into the hotel for another couple hours. After I got done loading my bags we talked to the manager who didn't even ask who the person was. No map of the layout of the grounds, it took forever to find the restaurant. No details on the wifi, we had to ask for passwords. Nothing explaining policies anywhere in the rooms or in the lobby, it was a very weird experience to say the least. The whole place was over run with kids, we really didn't use any of the pools as they were super crowded. I will never stay here again, and urge anyone else to choose elsewhere. This place is run down and has very poor management. We stayed 3 nights in April 2022.

This is not a five star hotel! I wouldn't even give it 3. 85% of the rooms filled are Mexican, food was garbage and overcooked. Do not even bother ordering an alcoholic beverage... they were/are all disgusting! Be prepared to eat and drink outside of your all inclusive hotel. Front desk is rude and argumentative. Not helpful when you are unhappy with anything. VERY unhappy with my room and the quality of everything, I will never stay here again! Waste of every penny. ????

Rooms were average. The service was good everyone was nice and helpful. The food was very good. The buffet had different things each night. I would gladly stay here again.

Rooms were pretty fine, the service at the restaurant was amazing and its food was average. However, the food at the snack area was not tasty at all, same with the cevicheria, you could not even taste the flavor of a shrimp. About the beverages, preparation was the worst, I tried all drinks from the menu more than twice and it was more horrible each time. Bartenders were rude and extremely slow, recepcionists looks like they are cat and dogs, making each other rude gestures in front of customers and ignoring them too. Beach is small and ugly, rooms were awesome though.
