Clean, cozy, and friendly with plenty of parking in the shared lot even though there is not much directly attached parking.

Has a second story and cute stray dogs. The staff does not speak much English, despite the menu board being in English ;) it has a drive thru

It's ok nothing great, what I do not like is when you ask for a cold beverage they serve a lot of ice and small quantity of coffee
