Fantastic hotel, easily one of the nicest I've been in. Absolutely spacious, a great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and very clean and modern accomodations. We had dinner by the pool, and our waiter Hugo was probably the best I've seen in the last ten years. He anticipated our needs at every turn, and made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. Absolutely the best overall hotel experience I've ever had. One word of warning, the traffic of the roadway upon which this hotel sits is super busy all the time, and it's easy to miss the entrance, and the exit is very steep back up to the road, and quite perilous when attempting to leave. I wouldn't let either of those things keep me from staying there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the architecture is old and well maintained. Our room was well done, a little road noise could be minimized with a door that didn't have light coming in around the edges. The staff was nice but wouldn't fix a credit card/points issue. Very disappointed in the staff. The dinning staff was very good and attentive.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have a pet. The grounds are lovely with lots of green space. The room was perfect. Excellent shower! The staff are exceedingly accommodating and I really appreciate that. I will always stay here when I’m in Puebla

This hotel is a tradition in Puebla since years ago. Beautiful property with a sense of peace and calm all over. Traditional and modern rooms with 21st century amenities. It is a must. The staff is second to none and will make you feel like royalty.
