The perfect place to try typical Mexican dishes in a vegetarian version (including the famous mole poblano).
Breakfast includes bread with butter and jam, coffee or tea, fruit or juice.
The only drawback is that you cannot pay by card but only cash.

It's a beautiful restaurant! The type of place where you walk in terrifies it'll be super expensive but it's actually really reasonably priced. I was dying for some vegetables while traveling and this place definitely delivered on that. I had the soup of the day (simple but lovely) and my friends who both got burgers/sandwiches were very pleased with the portion sizes. Would come again.

I was very disappointed with the food I ate in this restaurant. I am a vegetarian, and was quite happy to discover a veg restaurant in Puebla. But... sadly, it was not a good experience. I ordered a mixed salad; it came with head lettuce (as all vegetarians know, it is tasteless and devoid of nutrition) and shredded beets, carrots, jicama and avocado (although the avocado wasn't quite ripe), which were fine, but NO dressing to put on it! Really surprising! I also ordered a veggie soy burger, which was basically inedible. It was mushy and had NO taste, other than that of a generous dousing of lemon! Yikes! Really horrible... I ate a couple bites; that was all I could manage. The server, though friendly, apologized but did not offer to reqlace it with something edible. I will not be back!!!

Before we even got to order anything they put a basket of really dry bread rolls on our table, we didn’t even ask for that. But had to pay for it.

Then we ordered the food we actually wanted and it was even worse.

My stomach started to hurt really bad from the orange juice. It tasted like they mixed the Organe juice with water.

We also ordered the vegan hamburger and hotdogs. They were the worst hamburger we ever ate.

The food is incredibly dry and tasted so bad.

I ordered the pancakes, to which I got butter that had already gone bad.

All the side dishes and sauces looked like they were really old and already used by other customers.

They didn’t speak English which isn’t a problem at first but they didn’t even try to communicate with us.

All in all it was a waste of money.

Maybe this place is good for the locals but it is not a good place for tourists.

At least it was cheap.

Great place if you're just fed up with meat and finally want to enjoy some mexican dishes in vegetarian or even vegan versions.
Our meal was delicious! Coffee is ok.

It was great to taste the vegetarian version of all the famous dishes of the region. Went for breakfast but were delighted to find an amazing brunch buffet priced very minimally and includes a variety of fruits, desserts, fruit juices and coffee as well. And set in a lovely building close to the cathedral. Clean toilets upstairs. Plenty of seating.

This is the best vegetarian restaurant I've been to in Latin America thus far. They have an large spread of both typical Mexican recipes and modern takes on traditional dishes. Their salad bar is extensive as is their desserts. The service was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad either. The space was surprisingly large and naturally bright. I may eat here again during my short stay.
