Excelente hospitality! The moment we pulled up we were greeted by the doorman who took our luggage and abided by the COVID regulations and sanitized our vehicle and our luggage. Check-in went super smooth, with excellent customer service and information about their services: massage, gym, pool, and breakfast times. Since we were a total of 8 people, I had to request two rooms. Both rooms were in great conditions and sanitized. The next morning we went to their 6th floor for breakfast. My family and guest were very pleased at their excellent hospitality and breakfast request (for a small fee but it was done). Check-out went smooth and with out a problem. In addition, their location is safe and very convenient because it’s near the mall, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment/activities.

Thank you for your hospitality and for sure we will be coming back for our future stays in Puebla City.

Hotel was nice, The room i stayed at was big. The food was nice, The only thing that was annoying was the pool. There is no side for kids its only 4.5 feet. Everything else was good.

A 3-star hotel with 5-star amenities and 2-star prices. The indoor heated pool was a big plus! View of volcano Popocatepetl from every window. Spacious suite with double double beds and a living room with sofa and another TV and work desk. Appreciate that mini bar kept empty for cooling personal items but no complimentary drinking water provided. Comfortable beds and pillows, good shower, fast wifi. Could hear sounds from corridor if people were talking there. The included breakfast buffet was quite good selection, even for vegetarians. Had fresh fruits and fresh juice; coffee could be better though. Angelopolis mall was a 10- minute walk away. The free,secure underground parking garage was a bonus.

The reception and service at this hotel is very good. The reason for the 3-star rating, is primarily the interior construction, the complete lack of soundproofing or isolation between rooms, and the quite mediocre breakfast. I do appreciate the interior underground parking that has a sense of security.

We stayed one night and we found the staying very pleasant. Service personnel is always kind. Breakfast buffet was more than I expected compared to other Hotels. The rooms were almost new although a bit small. Pool area is nice but water is somewhat cold despite the heating. It is in front of the bar/restaurant so not really the best location for the pool.

This is my second time at this hotel and have no regrets. ALL staff is great. The breakfast is awesome, my family and I were always surprised by the great Chef Claudio Carrillo, with a special mexican plate. Mario and Ray would make sure all guests at restaurants were well taken care of. I just have to ask for more hanging hooks in the room, when taking a shower after swimming in the pool you need to hang the wet towel, clothes you are taking off and for the ones you are going to wear !!! Thank you La Quinta I will be back.
