Today we a beautiful lunch in Carl's Jr. Plaza Palmas. Thank you Carl's Jr. For the wonderful and polite service (Aurora) the hostess and our nice cashier. Everything very clean and food was awesome. Sorry Mickey D's but this time your lose.????????????????????????

While the BBQ chicken sandwich I had was tasty, I will not return to this location for several reasons. 1. The fries were served at room temperature. 2. You have to pay to park to come here. To get to the parking machine you have to walk the equivalent of several blocks to get inside the mall. It was nighttime and felt a little dangerous. 3. The cashier automatically selected that my credit card pay them in dollars instead of pesos. I don’t like doing that because the conversion rates are usually bad. She refused to cancel the transaction and re-run my credit card to pay in pesos. Management must have instituted a policy to take advantage of tourists.

When everyone else was allowing you to dine inside they would not I will never go back to this locations... I do like Carl's Juniors and we'll go to other locations.

Great fast food, place is clean, and you can eat all jalapeños you want. Soda refill. Children area available. // Gran lugar de comida rápida, jalapeños al por mayor y refill. Área de niños.

It's super clean, waiters are really polite. Burguers are ok for the price. Parking area is safe.

Very friendly Manager, and I was stressing because my chargers cord broken and phone was dying ..and she showed me they had charging stations built into the center Table..and charge it and had a Happy star Meal...and leafed with a smile ????⭐????????????⭐????????
