Hotel Plaza Poblana

The hotel looks amazingly fancy for the price, they have underground parking, a lift and a kind of playground and a small pool too. On the other hand the walls serioulsly need to be soundproof because the walls and ceiling are so thin you can hear people running and talking in the halls, there were noisy guests all the way through our stay making noises from 11 am through 3 am????. Honestly we didn't complain, neither the staff seemed to do anything, despite having noise control rules.
Also the beds were very uncomfortable to me and the others. None of us got a single night of good sleep ???? .They have TV and a coffee maker, also the bathroom is roomy.

We didn't like it we were too tired to properly enjoy our vacations tho.

My room had two beds and it was slightly small. The toilet would not work so I told the front desk. Apparently, the guy seemed a little mad because a guest next to my room complained that I was a little too loud when the only thing I did was watch TV at a moderate volume. He did fix my toilet though.
Overall, my experience was good.

There was a funny smell all day like sewer, coffe pot didn’ have the capsules to operate. Pay online for reservation with breakfasts included, but the hotel polices only accepted 4, because my child is under 15, have to pod for it, no worries on the $90 pesos but if you paid for everything ????. Front desk lady is like she owns the hotel. Last but not least $20 pesos for the “free parking “ total fraud.

The outside of the building is really nice and beautiful but once you enter to the areas of your room it starts to become a bit less nice. There is a pool and a little park in the center of the hotel that's safe for the kids. In the morning there is free breakfast but until 9am I believe. Right infront of the hotel is a market place to get great food local to puebla. Overall ok.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although it is located in front of CAPU, no disturbing noise can be noticed. Prices are a little bit higher considering the zone, but the convenience of being close to the bus terminal is a plus.

The pros: clean rooms, clean hotel overall. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is centric to a lot of things like transportation.
The cons: you can hear everything from everywhere. Kids running around in the morning or parties late at night. Although the location is centric, it's in a sketchy part of town.

Great place to stay for people connection at the bus terminal. The rooms were thin walled, and you could hear people snore, fart and yes...everything is pretty noisy. Just bring your ear plugs. But a nice place to save paying taxis to get you to the Hotel Zone.
