It is a great place to rest, its relatively near downtown Puebla (in car).
It has room service (which I did not use) and free secure parking (which is appreciated).
Rooms include a bottle of water, beds are comfty and clean, bathrooms are roomier than I expected and hot water is available on the shower.
There is no AC but it is not needed, its vented enough and room temp is great.

This is one of those times where you get what you pay for. It's a $35 room so don't expect a 5 star hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the rooms were clean with deep tubs and lots of hot water. Breakfast was good, dinner okay. Beds are on the firm side as are the pillows. Our second night there was a heavy metal concert across the street which no one could do anything about. There isn't AC but they did bring us a working fan. Wifi signal is weak so make sure to stay on the first or second floor for decent reception as the router is near the front desk. All in all for the price the rooms are good and the neighborhood feels pretty safe and is within walking to the bus station.

Good environment quite and hospitable. Good Internet too if you are on a working holiday

Nice room, slow service at the counter. But Nice hotel for low prive.

I gave it a one, because I couldn't go lower. The water from the restroom came out of the restroom and some of us couldn't shower. Toilet paper is the cheapest kind.

Staff is polite. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.
