It's a gem in the area, is not the best hotel in town but all the hotels around are different and look not so nice as this one, the hotel is clean, looks fresh and new. The rooms are comfy, clean and the beds are good. I would stay here again if needed, the bus station is close but the surroundings are not quite turistic, I had to stay here cause location was really convenient for work purposes. The only issue here is parking.

Great place... Very nice people, they are very attentive and courteous.
Very Clean and close to everything.
People at the restaurant are very nice.
We will stay there next time God permit us to go back to Puebla, Pue. Mexico

It was a great place, Nice clean good service from personal attending, but just for one night, it is a lot of noise between rooms, no toilet seat, no shampoo you need to ask for towels for a bath. The good is very good
