Avoid this hotel. The customer service does not even answer our call. We called 5 times or more, and they just pickup and hung up quickly without any conversation. The original purpose we called was that we were concerning this hotel might not have hot water according to the review. After their not answering our call, we have no trust on this hotel anymore, and then we had to cancel it. If they do not even answer out request, how could we know the hotel service is not a bad scam? The worst thing is that they still charge us the cancellation fee. They do not even take responsibility for their guests’ concerns or worries. This hotel is irresponsible and greedy for money, instead of maintaining their reputation.

Really cool little hotel located in the Callejon de los Sapos area. Colonial style hotel and rooms. The street vendors are located near the hotel so it is a convenient place if you want to check out Puebla's "flea markets" open on the weekends.
