I highly recommend this hotel. Good food and service, very nice rooms. The wifi was not great but luckily I was on vacation, and the ceramics factory tour was not as much of an experience as I had thought it would be (I had to take a taxi that didn't know where to go so ended up at the gallery, which was still beautiful).

Top notch place, tasty food, great atmosphere and outstanding service. Top 3 restaurant in Puebla and the hotel its also a great option at walking distance of key points of interest in a safe and nice area

If you go to the restaurant, make sure you book in advance. Due to its high quality, it is always crowded and busy, so avoid bad moments or long waiting times.

Make no mistake and go to Casa Reyna

It’s a pity of a hotel. The architecture and rooms look like a great potential, but we arrived and the sheets were dirty, with hairs on it, like they did not change them from the previous guests.
We reported it and were changed to a new room, that again had one of the pillows dirty, they went to change it. We spent the night in this room but the sink in the bathroom was clogged and there were some spider webs. The sofa was definitely not cleaned in a long time as well. Would definitely not recommend it for that price.

Amazing hotel with huge rooms very well decorated and espectacular bathroom. Very cosy atmosphere, very convenient to visit Puebla. Food very tasty, climatized pool and very relaxing and professional massage. We would repeat again for deluxe escape! Thanks to the staff

Wow, wow, wow. Beautiful hotel! Exceptional value. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each and every detail. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from a lot of the tourist attractions (e.g. Callejon de los sapos). We had room service for dinner which was very quick to arrive to the room, and the flavor was great. We had breakfast in the restaurant and were not as impressed with the service. The servers all seemed to be doing different things, and some seemed to be repeating what others were already doing, which didn’t seem to be very efficient; however, the food was still exceptional. They have free valet parking available if you plan on bringing a car. The employee at the front desk was also very accommodating because they were able to book a second night for us at the same rate we booked for just one night, and we also were able to keep the same room. Overall, the hotel is amazing and especially for the price. It is 100% recommended.
