Awesome hotel! The interior design/architecture beautifully marries the old structure with new. The rooms were very comfortable, with good climate control and nice bed. Very minimalist (including only a single coffee cup until we asked) with limited storage, but nice. The Zocolo is a short ten minute walk through interesting streets. Street facing rooms can be a bit noise, but provide a great view of the city.

Very cozy place. The room ambiance are really nice and the bed amazingly comfortable. There were two shower for bathing. The employees were nice and friendly, despite taking a bit longer to check-in since there was just one person working on it. It is very close to the centre of the city, allowing us to park the car and go walking to the bars.

Good affordable hotel in Puebla’s convention center area but since it’s on a busy street there is lots of noise . Despite black drapes light comes in early in the morning. Good for sight seeing but not great for resting

The hotel is not well managed. Service is terrible. On the other hand, the rooms and the building are very nice. Long lines for the valet parking and at reception. They forgot to clean our rooms. But the worst experience was at breakfast on the second (and thanks God, last) day. Twoo hours before the buffet closure time, they had ran out of everything. It took more than 20 minutes and several reminders to get our coffee. At our 3rd reminder to get some jam, a waiter brought some remains left by someone at another table. Unacceptable.

One of the best hotels I have stayed while in Mexico. Staff are nice and the rooms are spacious. Hotel is very modern at the center of Puebla, walking distance from all the sites.

Excellent hotel, very convenient to Convention center and great restaurant VALIENTE. Rooms very clean. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel! I will stay there again.

Our dog loved his bed, the chew bone and the staff. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spotless. Close enough to walk to the artist barrio, the antique market, the chathedral and the zocalo. Across the street is a mall with lots of restaurant choices and a movie theater.
