The room was very clean, so was the restroom. Bed was so comfortable and clean. The staffing was very attentive. The only draw back was having to leave the room card inserted in the slot in order for the lights, A/C and tv to operate normally. Only had minimum lighting. The card is also needed for the elevator to go up. If anyone had to step out of the building. Either your family stays with out AC and lighting or you had to find someone from the staff to help you with the elevator. For me that was an inconvenience.

Excellent hotel and rooms. Rooms have beautiful balcony view of the city and the snow capped volcanic mountains Iztaccihuatl and Popocateptl. Good quality food in attached restaurant, open until 11pm and includes free breakfast - all for under $60/night ! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice with a great view of the volcano. The room was also clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was good also.

I really liked this hotel. Clean, central, safe and good value for money. Gym was great and the pool was heated and looked nice although we didn’t try it. Would highly recommend.

Consider it price level it is a great hotel, nice Mexicana style breakfast.

After a bad experience at another hotel, we took refuge at the Four Points by Sheraton Puebla. The staff were great and helped us check in early so we could store our luggage before going about our day.

The bed was great and the room was modern. It was great to be able to park our car ourselves as having to disinfect everything after a valet is annoying during these COVID days. Note that valet parking is available if you prefer that.

The only significant issue was that there was a lot of noise from the adjoining room. I guess it's hard to sound proof a door between rooms, so next time I will ask if there are any rooms without that door.

I was disappointed that the TV software blocks you from using any of the HDMI inputs so it is impossible to watch a show from your laptop or use the TV as a second screen. I had read that in another review beforehand but figured that person just didn't know what they were doing - no, they were right!

The Wi-Fi went down a couple of times during our stay, but not for too long.

The fridge seemed to be broken but when I told the front desk they told me actually it's more of a cooler - it will try to keep the temperature the same, but it does not cool. It was warmer inside there than in the hotel room itself, so I'm not sure what the point is. Don't trust it for any perishables!

The hotel it's located at the Boulevard Serdán's Brothers in front of the bicycle track, where you can make a tour and see the wonderful view of the city and the popocatepetl vulcano.

Also the downtown it's near, almost 3 kilometers of distance....finally you are a walking distance from a big mall Serdán Galleria and amazing city miniature park at the end of the track.
