After a bad experience at another hotel, we took refuge at the Four Points by Sheraton Puebla. The staff were great and helped us check in early so we could store our luggage before going about our day.
The bed was great and the room was modern. It was great to be able to park our car ourselves as having to disinfect everything after a valet is annoying during these COVID days. Note that valet parking is available if you prefer that.
The only significant issue was that there was a lot of noise from the adjoining room. I guess it's hard to sound proof a door between rooms, so next time I will ask if there are any rooms without that door.
I was disappointed that the TV software blocks you from using any of the HDMI inputs so it is impossible to watch a show from your laptop or use the TV as a second screen. I had read that in another review beforehand but figured that person just didn't know what they were doing - no, they were right!
The Wi-Fi went down a couple of times during our stay, but not for too long.
The fridge seemed to be broken but when I told the front desk they told me actually it's more of a cooler - it will try to keep the temperature the same, but it does not cool. It was warmer inside there than in the hotel room itself, so I'm not sure what the point is. Don't trust it for any perishables!
