Excellent service.... Staff is the best extremely attentive on the guests. Breakfast is good and in a very central place to go to all the tourist attractions will definitely stay there again if I ever go back

What a fresh upscale property!

The staff was great, the room perfect and the gym a treat!

Having a sister property (Intercontinental) right next door with a nice bar and a nice restaurant makes it easy to relax right there with no travel required.

Easy access to Centro Puebla….

We enjoyed our overnight stay in Puebla at the Holiday Inn Express where they welcomed our French Bulldog. Parking was convenient and nearby, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a dinner at the adjacent dining room and a wonderful breakfast service the next morning.

The room was great, everything was very new and clean. The night staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Most importantly the breakfast was delicious.

We were exceptionally surprised with our stay at the Presidente Intercontinental in Puebla instead of the Holiday Inn Express that was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to use our Rewards Points as longtime HG members. We originally were only going to stay in Puebla for one night after driving from Campeche but decided to stay another night so we could enjoy more of Puebla’s hospitality. Overall a great stay in a wonderful property and magnificent city.

Outstanding property. Very comfortable room. Because the building is concrete, steel, and glass, the rooms are very quiet. Well trained, friendly, mostly bilingual staff. English speakers will have no issues.
Great coffee!
