Beautiful hotel. Attendive and professional staff. Lovely grounds and well-maintained. And my favorite parts were the concierge’s Angelica, and the bartender Marco Antonio. They surpassed any expectations anyone could possibly have of being helpful and giving superb service. We will be staying here again!

It was a good stay in general.
Some constructive comments:
- The shower is extremely oldish. The water doesn't go through all little holes as they are blocked.
- The furniture and wardrobe are oldish and need renovation.
- Your lobby and entrance of the hotel are vey nice and renovated. Once you are in the back of the hotel, in the corridors and in the room, there is an oldish feeling. A small renovation would be needed.

It is an old hotel, the installations are fancy but the rooms look old and the air conditioning systems look like from the late 80's - mid 90's. Service is really good, employees are kind.

I stayed for a business meeting of about 80 people. Restrooms in meeting rooms area are too small; with not enough urinals nor toilettes for people at break time; it was needed to go to lower floors.

Restroom beside the lobby bar stinks; bad odor was perceived at the aisle, without entering in the restroom.

Not enouhg towels in the fitness room. At 6:00 am, it was crowded; not enouhg towels for about 10 people. Too small room.

In my room, fan in the restroom too noisy.

The hotel has seen better days. They need more lifts, we were waiting for a long time for a lift when the hotel was at full capacity. The bottom door of the bathroom in 1420 was broken, there was no paper nor pen in the room (because COVID-19), the lights in the common areas are turned off thus making the hotel look spooky, please turn on the lights of the common areas, clean the pigeons' poo, and clean the balustrade, the A/C in 1419 was not working, only one toilet roll in the room, no hand towels.

The breakfast was delicious, so was the food in general. The staff is super attentive, apart from the front desk.

El servicio en la entrada, es aceptable, buena atención.
Aunque la habitación es grande, realmente le falta modernizar sus instalaciones. La TV tenía una pésima señal, mucha interferencia, deberían actualizar la forma de transmisión. La regadera tapada, por lo que no tenía buena presión. Aunque pongas el motivo de tu viaje, así como te llamen antes de tu check-in para confirmar y buscar darte un mejor servicio, no lo hacen. No es un hotel con una vista de la habitación tan buena.
Lo único que se reconoció fue la categoría de IHG y me dieron habitación en el piso del Club, el cual obviamente estuvo cerrado
toda la estancia.
