This is a beautiful hotel and the staff could not be more helpful and kind. I arrived at 5:00 a.m. and they did everything possible to expedite the check-in process and let me have some rest. I will definetly go back!

Terrible cleaning in the restroom. They offered breakfast at $6 but there isn't even a restaurant there so it's a terrible miss information. Since cleaning is an important thing to me, I can only give one star.

Nice small hotel, great location, very close to everything but in a nice quite neighbourhood. We will stay again next time we are in town.

The hotel is very close to historical downtown. Easy and safe to walk. Lots of good restaurants within 10 mins. The room we had was for 4 People....a king and a Queen bed. The room itself was very clean, nice and spacious. The problem for us was the bathroom....it was so tiny....the toilet in the smallest space ever...

Wonderful people. Lovely vintage hotel. Unfortunately due to COVID no breakfast or coffee. Terrific location- close to market restaurants. Highly recommend!

Lovely, comfy rooms...soft mattress more than a foot deep! Lovely big shower. Nice breakfast. Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Quiet area, but only a 5- 10 min walk to the zocalo. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a jewel, located in the heart of town. Recently remodeled it keeps its Old Hacienda style. Every room is cozy, some with Spanish colonial balconies. It’s internal patios and corridors take you through walk ways where a new surprise awaits you around the corner. For the guest’s confort they offer breakfast at their restaurant.
