Out of many city Express hotels we visited throughout a trip around Mexico, this one was one of the best. The attention and service were on point and I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Decents rooms and great service. Although they have the worst breakfast I have ever had in any hotel: disposable cutlery and plates, raw eggs, bread barely eatable. Not worth the try if you consider the breakfast an important factor

reception should learn how to smile! After a very long day of driving and working we pulled into the hotel and inquired about a room. A male receptionist looked up nodes his head then gets on a phone call and just leaves us hanging. The worst customer service ever! In the end after 10 minutes I had to ask another employee if they had availability. She says no, and sorry. Why make us wait and not say anything. unbelievable. good thing just 2 blocks down the street hotel Casa Reyna was amazing

The location is perfect, you are just couple blocks from the Zócalo.
The personal is helpful and give you advices.
You can get a ride from the hotel to 10km around without any charges (you only need to ask in the front for availability).
The restaurants that are in from are very traditional and is attended by the 3th and 4th generation.

We went to the city express Puebla to check if they had room availability, we entered really quickly. Nice and respectful personnel. Nice view, really near to the "lavaderos" and the "Chiquita" restaurant
