The hotel is really badly organised and it because they closed the main entrance of the second tower, it takes you always 15 min to get from the room to the street. The window of the room didn’t close completely and I heared every single car from the street. The internet was barely working and it took 5 min to load a voice note, so for business trips it’s really stressful. The light switch was broken so I had to sleep with lights on all night and the reception didn’t speak Englisch when I wanted to ask for more water in the room. In General pretty disappointed by the hotel, definitely not coming back

10 minutes walk to the room. Breakfast is not free, which was not mentioned initially. Value for money is not soo good as I expected.

I was not very pleased with this hotel. At the moment I walked in, lots of employees bombarded me asking who I was visiting or what is my room number. Very unpleasant, like I was going to steal something. Bk was horrible. They don't know how to cook an over easy egg, presentation extremely poor. They definitely need a new chef and a bartender. I had two cocktails and I can say there was almost no alcohol in them. Martinis are served in a mini glass. Not worth it.

Room service u0026 customer service are great no complaints ???? ????. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness.. beds are clean the room is also keep well maintained .. my only downfall was the AC vents needed cleaning in overall , I would come back again here. Most definitely recommend it ????.

Nice place and friendly staff. Hotel used to be in better shape, needs maintenance. Also they forgot to clean our room. When we arrived at 10 PM we had to wait for them to do a quick and superficial cleaning

I had a good experience. Nice, clean and spacious. Centric location, about 20-30 min. from major destinations.

An inconvenience! From the beginning my family and I have been treated in a very disrespectful way. Not taking seriously our time. We are at the moment waiting in the lobby (after one hour and a half) after the administration make a mistake with our rooms, cancelling the reservation, locking our luggage in the rooms and keeping the rooms without a proper cleaning service.
Lets see what happen in the following days. (Still 2 to come) we just want a proper treatment.
