Very nice hotel with great decor and top quality rooms. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The only annoying thing is the location as it’s got a rooftop bar on the top floor with very loud music until 1am. The restaurants next door also seem to blast music til late making it impossible to sleep!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down.

Cozy clean rooms with awesome beds and breath taking views! Its also in the middle of 5th street, were there is plenty of night life. The service here is incredible in the morning a wonderful waitor Emilio he is kind and extremely helpful with his reviews of tourist places.

I write this from the view of being a Discoverist on an Award stay.
- The hotel staff was phenomenal and accommodating
- They upgraded our room and then showed us where to find all the cool benefits of our stay which included: free facials, tequila tastings, free bikes, yoga, free access to alessia day club, etc
- As a Discoverist on an award night, amenity fee was waived so very cool!
- Front desk was always available and security was there
- If you like a more laid back vibe, don’t forget u have full access to the Thompson Beach hotel. Use the cabanas w no fee and peaceful.
- Hotel was well appointed w all our needs
- Right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen above the Hu0026M

The only downside (if you’re not there to party), is once the music gets popping around 7 or 8, expect it to only get louder til 3a lol. It gets jumpin! It didn’t prevent me from sleeping. Jus a fyi.

Alessia rooftop pool was really nice. Prices were quite good to say the location is central and the establishment is fancy. Great sushi and drinks. Service a little slow for shisha, but overall a good day. Dj was playing good hits too

Service is good,
But overpriced,
Noisy,
Small beds…
And actually I would never recommend anyone to stay here

Stay away from this hotel if you are smart! I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere! I am currently still here at the property I will update my review tomorrow upon check out
