So this is Actually a Colive. My experiences were pretty great! We had good rules for quiet hours and neighbors that were ok with bending them now and then. There was lots of space and it’s a beautiful building, though very unassuming from the outside. It’s located a 5-10 min walk to beach and 5th. Perfect distance away to have peace, quiet, and safety.
PROS: great price for monthly, good rooms with AC and most have kitchenettes with Programable safes. The WiFi is good with so many people there. We met people from all around the world! There’s pretty big pool, and good balance of plants there. The management is relaxed and easy to talk too. They are fluent in English too so say Hello!
CONS: sometimes the WiFi dropped not long usually. We went a day without hot water a few times. We had a slight problem with the community trash can overflow but they replaced it for a bigger one.
OVERALL: I would happily stay here again. I really miss the city and Casa Martin! Well worth the money.

Nice hotel right in the middle of everything but at the same time nice quiet and serine great spot nice spacious room friendly staff

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing hotel. Our room was right next to the pool. Very quiet and the staff is very friendly. A quick walk to a nice strip of bars and restaurants. Wish we had stayed longer :)

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Its simple, no hot water in a entire week, no water pressure and cold, 24 hours without electricity and very very bad service.

Great little place! Clean and for the most part staff were great! The weekend staff didn't speak very good english and was frustrating but the weekday staff were great. They have bikes to rent but not the best condition...breaks dont work and the chain kept popping off. But they gave to us very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for...the pool was perfect and the rooms were decent. Prime location 5 min walk to 5th av Nd the beach. For the price this was a good cheap place to stay.

The place is 3 blocks away from the Quinta Avenida It is super quiet and nice! The girl in the front door, save our holidays with her kindness and attention!

Rooms are nice and spacious, hotel is located three blocks away from 5th Avenue.
