Specialised on cenotes, this planetarium offers much more than information about stars. Check out their weekly events since those are usually very interesting and cover diverse topics about the cosmos and the night sky. Most events are in Spanish, but you also find regular offers in English.

We loved the explanation from the astronomer for the viewing of the sun. They only let us see a tiny part of the sun with a telescope though, perhaps there are limitations we do not know about. Dome video was seriously outdated (2003) and had some pretty tacky music. We think overall it’s a noble place and something people should take advantage of. Excellent staff.

Great cultural and educational place to know more about the Galaxy and also the underground rivers, cenotes, mangrove, etc.... Congratulations!

it seems that the place has been neglected, but despite that is a good place to watch videos of stars
