Always excellent with any of the servers,
but my favorite is Daniela. Fun, personable,
rough English, but she's working on it.
Food: 3 of 5
I would so much like to give a better score
for food, but they are hit and miss. Some
dishes are excellent (like fries, the best in
Playa), but others they just don't get (like
my BLT that arrived with onions and
avocado, but no L or T, that they didn't get
right until the 4th try - seriously!) Once they
finally get it right the food is typically quite
good.
Cleanliness: 4 of 5
Bathroom: 3 of 5
Restaurant is clean and tidy. Bathroom is
basic (but not accessible friendly) and has
a seat and paper.
Accessibilty: 2 of 5
One step to get in. Bathroom has
insufficient space to negotiate in if you are
on wheels.

The food and the price is good. I ate a 'cinnamon roll'. It was quite tasty. But the strawberry chocolate shake was not good. So only 4 stars

When you're yearning for a solid breakfast and needing something other than Mexican, HOT does it right.
Great fruit and granola and large sandwiches stuffed full of smoked salmon. All at a good price. Yum.

A fave for family brunch or lunch in Playa. There's a playroom upstairs which is often staffed by a nanny, so mom and dad can relax a little. My fave from their menu are the mole enchiladas.

Good place. Good food, service is ok.
