Nice little beach club. Food was good and the beers were cold. Service was quick. Gogo dancers were a plus.

I came in with a pass from my hotel. Wish they had explained i didnt get access to the pool - i would have paid for that.

Beach club came as part of the hotel for $4 a day. Service was great, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Beers were a little in the pricy side

The beach club is incredible, I liked the facilities, the quality food super delicious and the best activities, on the left side of the club they have a small great marina, the guys are always attentive and ready to help you, approach them and ask what you need, too remember that you are surrounded by shallow reefs The beach club is incredible, I liked the facilities, the quality food, the super delicious tragis and the best activities, on the left side of the...

Good beach club, attentive staff, nice looking venue, tasty menue with reasonable prices. Just wondering why it closes at 7pm ???? bit smelly cause of all the seaweed on the beach, still enjoyed it there though!

Pretty nice place to chillax. The beach proper is public, but the restaurant, the pool, the chairs, the showers, bathrooms are pretty close to walking a few feet. Food is reasonably priced and good. Had fish u0026 shrimp tacos a few times. There are several waiters to get orders, but Anna, our usher, was especially nice u0026 gracious. Also, there is wifi, but it can get spotty. The pool was a good enough size, but it can get crowded so the ocean it will be if so, which is not bad at all of course????

Overall a great experience but the waiters insistence on a above 20 percent tip really left a sour taste at the end. They have great drinks and the location is great. Amazing spot to lay back with a drink and watch the day go by stress free. I don’t have any negative comments from the facility or location but instead of our waiter. This waiter was great at the beginning and we didn’t make any out of the norm request. We were relaxed and were there for about 2 hours. Once we were ready to pay, which would only be the tip since they did charge us the minimum consumption at the beginning, the waiter immediately came with a white paper and card terminal and then explained the minimum tip would be: 18 percent for bad service/ 20 percent for good service and 25 percent for great service. He was being really pushy and when I explained to him that I had lived in Mexico city and knew that 10 percent was standard he insulted by saying “ this is not Mexico city here we only accept above 18 percent. My kids were there and did not feel comfortable the way he was speaking to me. I decided to tip him 20 percent to not argue and just head on with our day. He actually charged an additional 35 pesos than what was agreed. I confronted the waiter about the overcharge and he apologized and said if it was a big deal he would pay out of his own money. This really had me boiling as I know these waiters get a salary and tips are extra money in Mexico. I should have reported this with management but all I wanted to do was get away from the situation before I would go off on the waiter. If any one from management wants to get back to me regarding this incident just reply to this review with the information to reach out.

Watch out, if you just order water, they will bring you Evian which costs 90 pesos for half a liter. This is close to scam, a water in a normal restaurant cost about 25-35 pesos, in a supermarket you get 1,5 liter for 18 pesos. Additionally I ordered a coffee from the breakfast menu, which was 45 pesos. They then wanted to charge 65 when we paid im the afternoon, as this is the price from the afternoon menu. Also the other prices are way too high and their exchange rates for dollars and euros are just a joke. They check your bags so you don't bring your own water or anything. A lot of seaweed at the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas are quite nice and the toilets are clean, therefore it's not just one star.
