The hotel that I booked was completely different from the photos on booking.com. The room was filled with dirt and stench. Mold and fungus everywhere. Bathroom in a catastrophic condition, fear was to get in there. There was no warm water. Pillows smelled of other people. During the night you can hear many different noises. Wifi not working. We asked for a room change, unfortunately it was not possible, we had to stay one night because we arrived late in the evening but we checked out the next day. My friend who is allergic couldn’t breathe there. staying in this place is a risk for your health! the receptionist said we have to ask booking.com for a refund what is a completely lie. after 1,5 month we haven’t received any money! "Hotel" does not reply to messages from me or booking.com. They are scammers! This place shouldn't offer any accommodation at all!

One of my best stays I was here 17 days it's a great place Rooms are cheap, clean, big, that include comfy bed, smart tv, ac, and small private balcony in a very quite neighborhood 4 min walk to everything I highly recommend

It serves its purpose but, the rooms don't come with external windows to let the sunlight in. It's probably for the best as the view leaves a lot to be desired.

Been there year ago and someone from hotel service forced my safe and took my £440. All been reported at police station. If you have a choice - choose something else.

The rooms are nice, everyday cleaning. The staff not so much friendly as they probably avoid talking to english speakers. One housekeeper is very nice and friendly and always smiling, her name is Laura. The location is a 10 min walk to the beach. Many walking distance eatery/restaurants and convinience stores almost every block.

We reserved it through Expedia. At the front, the lady didn't know any English, she charged us for "TAX", well not that much, only 30 pesos, still not acceptable when we have paid it online. Didn't have the change, so I told her I need a receipt and I got it the next day. They gave us a room right in front of the entrance and to the only staircase the hotel has. There shouldn't be any room there at all, very noisy and with a small window to the hall!!! How can you call it a hotel with those false advertising window pictures?
It was clean though, the water pressure was fine, the price was ok, air conditioning worked fine, Not the worst experience. I have problem with false advertising and that unjust 30 pesos.
