Dr Alex is the greatest! I needed a routine checkup and cleaning, and a crown replaced that was destroyed by a dentist in a hurry in Texas. He fixed everything, with the most professional style, and fair price.

I should add that Dr Alex is quite the perfectionist. The first crown that came from the dental lab did not suit him and he found a lab he liked better and got a better quality crown. Although I did have to return to Playa del Carmen a second time, it was well worth it, considering the high quality, affordability and above all, personal attention at Dental Balance.

BTW, Dr Alex speaks excellent English.

For sure I'll be back for my checkup next year

My case was a bit special (after a tooth extraction, I found myself with a hole in my jaw, creating a direct connection between my mouse and my sinus). On holidays in Playa Del Carmen, the dentist agreed to meet me immediately. He intervened, was very gentle and good at explaining. His tips were very valuable too. He also had the humility to find an appointment for me with a surgeon in order to be 100% sure that everything was right on track. Thank you so much for saving my jaw and my holidays ????

What an amazing doctor. I’m extremely grateful for fixing my broken tooth. Dr Alejandro is extremely professional and really nice. He understood my pain and my sadness. I would recommend dr Alejandro with my eyes close.

Perfect experience and great value! Alex is an awesome dentist who treated me with a lot of care and attention. I had to go there for an emergency (strong tooth pain). He speaks perfect English. The place itself is very clean and hygienic. I can completely recommend to visit this dentist if you are in Playa and have problems with your teeth.

Excellent care. We had a last minute procedure that we needed done on the weekend and Dental Balance was available and ready to do it. We truly recommend their services as they know how to put a smile on your face in more ways than one. I must say their prices are also very affordable and they listen to what you want instead of trying to impose their will.
