Amazing experience in March 2021! Our son did his Open Water certification with Jorge. He was awesome and very professional. We felt confident entrusting our son to him. We did marvelous expeditions with him, Paco and Emmanuel. And also gave the experience to our younger kids with the Bubble Program with the amazing Fannie. Thanks guys, we had a lot of fun :)

Had a great experience getting my open water certification with Dive Mexico Playa. Manuel was super professional and worked with my schedule to get me certified in just about a week. Pricing was about average and I was able to pay with a CC.
Luis was my knowledgeable instructor and was very supportive when I had trouble understanding anything. There wasn’t a stressful aspect of the process at any point. If you’re considering getting your scuba open water cert, or advanced cert, or refresher, I recommend Luis and Manuel for all your needs!! I had a blast! Thanks guys!!

this place is exceptional! very accommodating and had great staff! we had last minute morning dive and the staff was very flexible and accommodating!

all the gear was above par and comfortable! they had everything we needed to stay warm during our cenote dives and more!

we couldn’t have had a better dive experience! thanks again u0026 we will be back if we’re ever in the neighborhood!

As a dive master with 275 dives in 20 different countries I can be a discerning eye for dive shops, instructors, dive sights, equipment, safety etc.. This dive shop in playa is top notch!! I felt safe diving in the world class cenotes in the area. (Dos Ojos - Barbie line and the pit, and two tanks at Tajmaha.) The guides I had were very professional but more importantly they were Mexican and cared deeply for the sport and the customer service was very personable and it’s safe to say I’ve made friends for life at Dive Mexico Playa!!! Prices were competitive but the service was priceless. If you’re looking for a boutique, authentic, local ran by local dive shop than look no further. Send them a message through the google messages and they will get right back to you. I got some amazing pictures from the local photographers at the cenotes. Definitely worth the extra charge paid directly to the man taking your photos. Paco and Emanuel were awesome but everyone there is top notch so you can’t wrong. Thank you Manuel for an unforgettable experience!!!! You’ve got a great thing going on here and I thoroughly endorse your establishment!

What an amazing experience. Signed up with Jorge for a dive the following day. Due to weather they suggested we instead try a Cenote (cave dive) We had Paco take us the next day and WOW!!! Expert advice, super friendly, and one of the best diving experiences we have had worldwide!! Will absolutely recommend these guys and will use them again!! 10/10 for DIVE MEXICO PLAYA and the Cenote dive - Chris u0026 Em

Paco, Diego and the Staff at Dive Mexico were amazing to deal with. They accommodated my son and I for some amazing dives as well as my sons certification. The staff at the shop were helpful and honest and treated my son by his ability and not his age. Thank you much to Dive Mexico for making our dive trip and my sons certification memorable!!! We will definitely be back to Dive again with Dive Mexico! Thanks Guys! Much Love!!!
