The receptionist/host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I made a special request due to Chronic health conditions and she complied without hesitation. The rooms were clean and had everything that one would need. The outdoor terror space was the highlight of my stay, very large and very peaceful. Gracias!

Definitely not for you if you work remotely or if you need comfort and just chill.

We had 4 days without internet (management did nothing about it, except coming up with excuses), we had 1 complete day without water and electricity (again management did nothing about it, except coming up with excuses).

Staying at Condo Casa del Arbol was terrible. We were charged a big amount for the stay, and we hoped it would pay off, but the stay even for a month is not worth more than $400.

We read some reviews and there were people mentioning that there were items broken, and they don't do maintenance to the place. We were skeptical, but we understood that all bad comments were truth.

Management does nothing, it is all about the money, but they don't maintain the hotel. It looks like an old Hotel, and it is quite far from the center.

The staff was very helpful at all times. They made the experience more valuable. We had many incidents with the property and basically the staff were trying to help us out while management didn't take any action.

Value wise, this is the best deal in town. Nice clean apartments with all the basics. Decent staff and a plunge pool. There's nearby shopping and dining but the location is quiet and removed from the tourist hub bub. This I loved.

One week into a 4 weeks stay! The property is very quite due to the pandemic, so not many other residents to hear or see. Nice clean property with large suite. Facilities are very adequate for the type of stay. Close to one of the main shopping plazas, and local shops close by too. Staff attentive and pleasant.

Very pleasant staff, clean, basic necessities, reasonable prices close to El Centro 50 paso taxi ride, which you hail on the main road by the hotel.

Quiet and peaceful, very safe. Rooms are basic and the "pool" is tiny, but all in all it's ok.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
