One of the worst Hotel's I've been. Booked for 2 nights. No hot water at all, the room was as musky as a cellar, the pillows felt that hard it felt like it was filled with sand. The matress was stained u0026 dirty u0026 smelt musky, as for bed base it was just a concrete slab. Lots of noise made by the staff all night. Add to that a rooftop disco bar blasting music untill 6am. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel even to my worst enemy.

The room is simple, but clean and quite large, with a fan, a large bed and a single one, from which we make a wardrobe. There is a large bathroom and a small balcony. We get towels and soap. The Internet is ok.
Very good location, close to the ADO terminal, promenade, beach and Isla Cozumel ferry port.
We pay 600 mxn per night.

Nice and affordable for a short stay. The room was clean but quite old. With a very nice localisation.

they charged my credit card 3x what the amount on the receipt was

I have a receipt for the charge of 750 pesos, but they charged my card for 1930...

I tried to call and they did not care

Worst experience I've had so far at any 3-star hotel in Mexico. This place should be rated as a 1-star hotel with a great location. I would have rather slept in my car.
Why you ask?

1. The towels had holes in them and stains.
2. The blanket was either a window curtain or a matress cover. The other option was a box spring cover. I ended up using my dirty beach towel as a blanket as I didn't want to use theirs.
3. I think all their linen, towels and "blankets" were recycled after precious hotels discarded them.
4. Good luck trying to sleep without air-conditioning. The birds by the window will keep you up all night.
5. Parking - google /priceline ... Shows street parking as an option. You will have to walk a few blocks if you want to find free parking. Otherwise you need to pay to park anywhere near the hotel.

Tldr; don't stay here unless you have no other options

The staff and owner were extremely rude and bad when it comes to customer service.
We had a problem with our payment because their pos didn't work ( ah yes, the WiFi doesn't work in there indeed! ). Our bank took the payment however they insisted they didn't receive the money. We checked the issue with our bank and they confirmed to us that the money was "pending action" (accept or decline) with the hotel and they couldn't withdraw it.
Thus we asked the owner to check as well with her bank to verify where the money was seating before proceeding with another payment, to avoid paying twice. Her response was "It's not my problem but yours, I am not going to contact my bank. I don't have the money and you must leave if you don't pay again".

We left. Very, very bad experience! It wasn't hard to handle it, we just needed them to verify the status of this payment with their bank!

If you go there make sure to pay cash and try to avoid any issue they won't help to solve it.

So far for 600 pesos this is a good stay. Pictures comes and star is temporary.
