My father stayed here for two nights and had his money stolen from his bag on the second day. They claim to have no cameras and that money has been stolen from the hotel before. As to who stole the money we have no idea. I wouldn't recommend staying here for anyone. Think carefully before booking here.

I stayed at this place last week for a couple of nights. Someone had stolen my credit card from my luggage. They waited until I checked out of the hotel to charge my card, they charged me $3475, as soon as I checked out of the hotel I started getting fraud alerts on my cell phone, I told the receptionist, he did not give me an answer, I do not recommend this place. I noticed another post complaining that guests were also robbed

Horrible. No wifi in the rooms. Was told by reception that I needed to go OUTSIDE the pool for wifi. They should not advertise WIFI and make people believe there is wifi in the rooms. Construction was done all day. Booked on Airbnb and realized I paid way too much. Then asked the reception what the price was through the hotel (after checking) and she lied. Horrible staff. Horrible building. You'll need to carry your bags/luggage upstairs to get to elevators. Do not stay here.

I stayed this place last week for a couple of nights. Someone had robbed money from my luggage! I told the receptionist and she replied “It has happened before.” What a disappointment! I don’t recommend this place to anybody!

I stayed for 3 days, the room keepers stole my pesos from my BED IN THE HOTEL ROOM , they NEVER MENTIONED that they turn off the water more than three times a day and after 8:30PM it’s completely off, so if your showering the water could turn off at any second. They did NOTHING to help me recover the missing pesos from my purse that was sitting on my bed when I was gone. Nor did they ever mention they were going to clean our room. The service was poor. The boss downstairs said we could leave because there was nothing he can do about it. We were also accused of being drunk therefore they blamed my missing pesos on me but I can guarantee you I had a stack of pesos in my hotel room and when I came back from my Excursion they were gone. They defended their workers to the fullest. The Hotel room is dirty and falling apart. Our toilet stopped working for days it would not flush! So I picked up the top piece of the toilet and it broke, same with the sliding door the knob.. it just came off. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t even see the words below inside the pool. I DON’T recommend to STAY HERE and be aware that they do steel from this hotel, and they treat tourists different, some people will get over charged than others. It’s a rip off.

Hotel is not secured, you will get robbed. The staff is not helpful. Do yourself a favor and try a different hotel.

+ Nice hôtel, good beddings and Nice big shower. AC works well and location is convenient.
- there was no water for 1day. But worst of all extremely noisy at night! Impossible to sleep. It s like having a live concert in your bedroom.
The Windows should have been doubled, the walls are like paper.
Besides the noise at night, I enjoyed my stay. The mattress is thick the swimming pool is smaller than it looks on the picture.
