We had the best time in this hotel, the room is big, with a living room and a kitchen. The roof is amazing with sun beds and a jacuzzi.
The bed is super comfortable and the air conditioning is perfect.
Playa is a bit loud so the is some noise, but not to bad.
We will come back for sure

Room was very nice, we could check in after 3 pm but we arrived earlier so we went to the beach. Under the hotel there is private parking with gate. Location was nice, it was close to everywhere. Only thing is that when we stayed here on Friday, it was very noisy outside until 3 AM. You could here the music super loud from the centre. The rooms were not soundproof at all!

The residences were perfect for my friends and I! We enjoyed the service and the amenities! There were some issues with the keyhole (was just tough to open sometimes) but it didn't became a big issue, overall a great stay!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great cocktails at the bar. Absolutely terrible noise issue due to the next door bar. Extremely loud music till 3am every night. Poor sound insulation, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs (I slept with my earphones and music on). No hot water in the room. I booked the hottub suit that I just couldn't use due to no hot water I'd never recommend staying here.

Good location. Can hear the music from surrounding bars. Private spa look dirty, but the rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The hotel features two separate types of rooms. The first is the hotel side with your standard hotel features while the other side features an apartment style hotel. I reserved the one bedroom king sized bed apartment; which featured a half bathroom, walk in closet, small living room, kitchen, a full bathroom, and my favorite a washer and dryer! Both sides of the hotel have pools located on the roof tops, but the one from the hotel side is way better! I read lots of reviews that detested the hotel because of the nosey neighborhood. That said, if you aren’t a heavy sleeper and don’t want to hear night club music being played at 2:00 am, then this isn’t the hotel for you. I on the other hand really recommend this hotel. It’s located near the most popular section of Playa Del Carmen, La Quinta Venida. It’s only three blocks away going south from the beach, lots of restaurants are near by and I can’t stress the use of a washer and dryer. In front of the hotel, there are food posts, and although they aren’t a top tier restaurant, the food is good and inexpensive. You can purchase food and drinks ALONG with desert for less than 200 pesos - which translates to $18 USD depending on the value of the USD. I highly recommend adding the breakfast feature. You legitimately eat at a restaurant located near the hotel - breakfast is served between 7 am to 12:30 pm. You simply go to the reception, ask for the breakfast ticket, and head over to the Belmont restaurant. There, there are breakfast choices included in your room rate. ALL of the choices are delicious! Oh and did I mention, if you book an apartment you’ll also find a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, plates, pots, pans, and silverware?

I highly recommend this hotel! My husband and I will definitely be returning.

Such a nice place , amneties, rooms . So spacious. Nice balcony. Great pool. Great value for money. I will recommend it always.

But ,
Reception guys not always proffesional.
No taxis in the hotel twice we asked.
Bit noisy somwtines. No anti noise doors or windows. Low preasure of water.

And the breakfast ? I think they need to cancell the option or give a discent one
Coffeee or juice ..not both lol
vegan milk for 2 dollars extra . U dont get milk in youe coffee not even regular one.
No vegarbles . No yogurt. Almost nothing. U chose 1 thing and thats it. Small cup of fruits .so small it made me embaressed .
Charge more for it, but make it better friends !!!
