This place feels like a "hit or miss" in terms of food. We ordered a mixed ceviche and - much to our surprise - the shrimp was served with tails on which is great when you sauté your shrimp but not for a ceviche as you risk not fully cooking the shrimp in the acid juices. So, food wise this was short of a disaster.

The service was pretty good; the waiter was quick and efficient. Also, nice.

Now, the place is unbeatable for its view. The advice is to come here JUST for drinks.

Excellent food with one of the best terrace views in the city centre. Top notch service, our waiter Rodrigo (older gentleman) took care of us with fantastic style, we wanted for nothing. If we lived in Oaxaca, this would be a regular hangout for us. Great job!

We stopped by for late Sunday evening, and we’re drawn in by the amazing voice of live singer Jazz C. Matias and the guitarist that accompanied her played beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The beverages and food were tasty and well presented. We recommend Praha and look forward to returning soon.

Expect to wait for a table (people will grab open tables if you’re not paying attention when waiting for a terraza table), CASH ONLY, feels like a spot that’s really just made for the view. Menu is a mix of Mexican and American food - everything from steak to pasta to sandwiches. Musician downstairs was excellent so maybe it’s worth a stop if you’re in the mood for a cocktail and some music downstairs but I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

Food is good enough but nothing remarkable. The view from the terrace is the best in here. Prices are reasonable, service is not good. Good place to spend some time watching Santo Domingo.

Amazing location, service is a little slower - be patient. Also had a server drop a tray of drinks on the stairs above me (Accidentally of course) as glass and alcohol rained down on me, no one stopped to ask if I was alright or apologize. I had to make a point of asking for napkins to dry off....

A multi level restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner located within stones throw of the Santo Domingo de Guzman church. I was here for breakfast and coffee so this review will describe that particular experience. Service was good, prompt and in English. Coffee was ok as was the food. Nothing that'll knock your socks off but not bad either. Prices were normal for Oaxaca, 7-8 USD pasta entre, 8-10 USD local cuisine, 5-6 USD breakfast. View from the terrace is magnificent. In my experience, albeit with a small sample size, a pretty nice place to hang out for an hour.
