It was ok, but not great. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the beds are like laying on a flat piece of wood. Super hard and uncomfortable. No wash clothes provided and they turn off the AC after turndown service which makes the rooms very hot and humid. Very uncomfortable walking in after a full day. However, the price is right and having the restaurant on site was very convenient.

My bed was just fine maybe because it was a suite with a king size bed. But overall its a very nice hotel near downtown has a private parking lot . And near by stablisments where you can get all your needs done ✔️.

This a review for the hotel, not the restaurant.

Positives: The staff is really friendly and the location is great.
Negatives: Everything else. The noise in the corridors won’t let you sleep. The rooms are old and dark, no natural light. The bed super small. The water in the shower has no pressure and it’s not always hot. The TV doesn’t work. The pool and common areas are not very inviting. Laundry service was late and we almost didn’t get our clothes before checking-out (we’re actually checking out tomorrow morning and as of now still no clothes, so I hope we still get them…)

Completely recommend staying away from this hotel until they can improve the facilities. You can find better places at a similar price.

I am not sure where to begin. I booked this hotel through Traveluro. I booked a superior room, requested a quiet room. The room provided was facing the pool and right next to the restaurant. I wish that was the worst part. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the bathroom floor at check in that were not mine, the shower only had cold water, the wifi did not work. The sheets did not smell clean, the towels were gray. I left. After repeated attempts at contacting the hotel and Traveluro, still no refund or solution to the problem. Had I been traveling on a really tight budget I would have been out on the street. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful for the hotel and the booking service. DO NOT stay here.

I have given it a 2 star but would really place it at 2.5 star. 1.5 star for location u0026 1 star for service. The room was comfortable but we had no view as it was stuck in the back u0026 it felt claustrophobic. Next time I would ask for a different room. The bathroom was very badly designed. The basin was cracked u0026 the tiles in the shower very slippery. Also only one towel per person which made it difficult as I needed a 2bd towel for my hair , although we were given extra towels when requested. But I suspect it was decent value for money. Nice pool u0026 lively helpful staff.

Nice location, the rooms are in good shape and clean. But the noise levels are terrible. The walls are paper-thin and the bass from the hotel's own tooftop bar will keep you from getting any sleep well into the night. Only go there if you're planning on partying.

Clean and cute hotel. Would definitely return to enjoy the pool.
