Probably not of a lot of interest to non-Mexicans, but this is a museum dedicated to a true Mexican hero and will delight most Mexicans for that reason. His political and personal history is incredible and he was the first and only indigenous president in Mexico's history. Too bad the museum doesn't focus more on this-- Mexicans know it, but non-Mexicans would definitely benefit by knowing more about this amazing man. Everything is in Spanish, but most text didn't describe the objects, but rather delivers numerous quotes attempting to illuminate Benito Juárez. I think the 50 peso price is a bit high for Mexico (for example most museums in Zacatecas, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí and Querétaro are 30 pesos) especially since it is small and the items didn't even belong to Juárez and his family (they just provide an idea of the time). However, seniors (adultos del tercer año) with appropriate ID are free (thank you INAPAM!) and for tourists, $2.50 won't break the bank. It supports a good cause...
