We so enjoyed our stay. The suites are well designed and very comfortable. The staff are attentive and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast and time to relax on the private patio. Dulce (manager)is a wonderful person. She is generous with her time and knowledge of Oaxaca. We are looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend!

Managed to get a room here after our other hotel being an absolute disaster. Dulce welcomed us with open arms and took perfect care of us making sure we had everything we needed. She even helped us order pizza. 1000% staying there again when I'm next in Oaxaca.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. We spent 5 days here and loved every minute of it. Planning to come back in a year. The room was so nice, very clean, good wifi and had a little kitchenette. Walking distance from the center with a quiet surrounding area. We also appreciated that they offered unlimited drinking water, which eliminated the need to constantly buy bottled water.  Highly recommend staying here!! It was a home away from home for us!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Clean, modern, peaceful, comfortable, secure, and all around perfect! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. It's a 10-15 minute walk to about anywhere in Oaxaca. I will definitely stay here on my next trip and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Thank you Marialicia Suites for a most wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Marialicia Suites. The location is just a few blocks off away from the Zocalo, a perfect location, really. Marialicia is family-run and very clean. The service was wonderful, and the owners (and their doggie) were very sweet. We highly recommend this hotel.

They were amazing. Very welcoming and went above and beyond. Made us very comfortable during our stay and clean. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Our package included breakfast and it was amazing food. They have a full kitchen but I don't think they serve lunch or dinner. The internet wfi was a little slow for my liking and the water pressure in the shower was weak. This might be just our suite. Overall I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. Only 6 short blocks to the zocalo and walkable to just about anything in town.
