A very pleasant experience in any way. The staff is super nice and forthcoming. The rooms are clean and new supplies of fresh towels is no problem. There is free drinking water and coffee available so even if you forget to buy water you don't have to be thirsty. The coffee is great. The staff is working according to COVID requirements (wearing masks properly, desinfecting surfaces...).
We were traveling by bus, so the location was perfect - near the bus station, but also near the city center. I do recommend this hotel.
