Comfy spot next to the station, super friendly. We arrived at 6am and they allowed us an early check-in for no extra charge.

Decent little hotel. We traveled here 4 months ago and the staff is friendly. Environment is safe. Beds are nothing amazing but we did't have any trouble sleeping. Do avoid the restaurant, however. My mother found a hair in her food and they refused any sort of refund. They didn't even apologize. Would go there again but not the restaurant.

It's just beside bus station so you won't need a transfer. Check in and check out was easy. Reception speaks english and they were very helpful. They have a luggage room and they were kind enough to let me store my luggage for more than 16 hours there.
It's just 15 minutes away from downtown on foot.
They have resturant and tour desk and the hotel and rooms are clean and quiet.
You will love it.

Even though I was only there for a couple hours before I had to travel, I enjoyed it. The food was delicious and I would recommend to anyone. Service was great and the people were very nice.

Well, I went to Hotel Veracruz to take the breakfast invited by my girlfriend's familly. That was the first time I went, the waitress was kind but the service was bussy and slow, afterall she was the onley one. The location is next to a bus stop but in a traffic way with a lot of sound. I haven't been guest yet so I don't know about the rooms.

The Rooms are some olders, bot if you use it just for sleep it is ok, the Hotel have a Restaurant, wifi, and TV cable.

Buena ubicación, excelente restaurante
Very good location, next to the bus station, hotel restaurant is very good, clean rooms , good price, taco stands across the street
