Excelente ubicación, habitaciónes confortables, pero la gerencia tiene pésimas ideas. Trate de reservar habitación de un día para otro por emergencia de tener que pasar a Oaxaca y resulta que las reservaciones solo se hacen por correo electrónico y con una semana de anticipación. Y me dicen que si al llegar tienen habitaciones disponibles sin problema me la dan... Cómo quien dice vamos a jugarle al valiente haber si nos toca. En ese punto están muy mal.
