Great, homey, little old hotel. Located right off the central market a short walk from the Zocalo. Several wifi networks available but they were all pretty slow. Well furnished and decorated rooms and courtyards. Very clean. High quality for the price.

Never heard the word service I think.
No drinking water available.

Had to argue with receptionist to get toilet paper. He first said I’ll get it after my room is cleaned. Even doubled down on that I had to wait with going to toilet until I got angry...

Clean, affordable, good location, friendly staff. My only complaint is the availability of hot water.

They not deal with customers as in year 2015 and if you are not Mexican is better to not go here coz they will call police when you turn off the light and want sleep in night.
