The place is clean. The bed firm (which I prefer). Hot hour at certain times. The place is pretty, I like it. It is one block away from the busy Mercado de Noviembre and close to zócalo. It also has parking a block away.. The parking space is spacious and safe. I have staued here three times since 2018. Great value and nice staff.

Very nice and friendly hotel. The rooms are well equiped for this range of hotel. Good location close to zocalo. The only problem we had was: barkling dogs on neighborhood.

Amazing people, so caring and polite. The place feels super safe, is quiet so you can sleep until late in the mornings (except from Saturday night where there is fiesta outside but the owners can't do anything about this). The owner would let us put things in their fridge and keep our suitcases in the reception after the checkout.
5/5 stars for the quality vs price and the fantastic stuff! Unexpected bonus: super fast internet, you could even stream a movie!

BED BUGS ALERT / PUNAISE DE LIT

I spent two nights in this hotel on the 17 and 18th of March 2018. On the first night, I woke up in the middle of the night with 20 bed bugs running in my bed. The next morning, I go to see the manager of the hotel that insists to stay another night if we change room. My family and I stupidly accepted. I also asked him if he knows a laundry to wash our clothes. He told me it was closed today ( because we were sunday ) but it would be opened tomorrow and took our clothes. The next morning when we did the check out, he didnt want to give back our clothes saying that it was his responsability because they were infected. I lost my favorite patagonia vest. He basically stole my vest and all the other clothes.

Summary of my experience:
- Bites all over my body due to BED BUGS inside my bed
- He refused to reimburse the first night when I woke up in the middle of the bed bugs
- He stole our clothes for a value of 500 dollars
