This place looks great but it reeks of exploitation, I couldn’t get a decent service as they didn’t have enough workers, I spoke with one of them and I notice d they have several management problems, shame on them, you can’t run an hotel with just good looks, this place is proof of.

The water takes forever to get hot, wifi never worked, there were days that our rooms didn't get cleaned. Too expensive for the facilities it offers

Three blocks from zócalo, great attention, ideal to stay nights and go out all day, it is clean, comfortable and they offer great service!
