Stayed in this old but beautiful Hotel 3 days 2 nights in May 2022 ,unfortunately the management is the most greedy and unprofessional no room service at all ,no air conditioning so you be forced to open windows 'cause one fan that they provide is not enough to cool the room then mosquitoeswill eat you. Noise is all day most of the night specially if your room faced the Zocalo.We barely catch the "free" breakfast and we made the mistake to ask for extra bread then the next day the waiter denied us the bread saying wasn't anymore I could see the bag full of bread from my table so I ask for butter cause i can get my own bread then he brought bread to the table ,he serve juice and bread to everyone else but not us ,If you still want to go to this terrible managed hotel ask for tv remote ahead you need to sign at the desk No one will bring to your room NO ROOM SERVICE remember. I hope everyone else have better luck than my wife and me.
