It's ok 2 star hotel. Bed and pillows were great, sheets and towels are not dated. Fan works well. Hot water in shower. WiFi works well in some rooms, but at 205 didn't work. No kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer. Own free parking inside the property. No noise from the street. No loud buses in this street. The best neighborhood in downtown. Service is good. 45 bucks per night.

It has a great location. I loved the room and there's a parking lot too.

After visiting 2 others hotels around with nice reviews I came to the conclusion that Maela hotel was the cheapest and best option.
Spacious clean and tidy room with friendly staffs, good wifi connection, located at around 2 min from the church Santo Domingo one of the main attraction in Oaxaca.

I visited this place for a family trip and I asure you it was a great moment, staff are so kind, the room was much better than expected, good view of the city. And the price was something really attractive. Really good cost-bennefit place. I recommend it

Really great stay, Super well located area just behind the cathedral of Santo Domingo, in the downtown area, prices are decent, and the room are very clean, Staff is very nice and willing for small talk, Lots of restaurants and cafe close by from high to low price range. Very Recommended. Would stay again!

Amazing location. Great breakfast spot downstairs. Some aspects of rooms require slight update. Comfortable rooms, hotel has an interesting layout.

Very quite location next to the historical centre. Comfortable and clean rooms. Kind staff. Free parking.
