What elevates this simple, tidy, conveniently located hotel to Five Stars is its fantastic manager, Alejandro. He is genuinely kind, super helpful and enthusiastically wants his guests to enjoy Oaxaca. Excellent service.

Yes we loved this place. The people treat you like royalty I have to tell they want you to be Happy and Comfortable. It's conveniently located to many good restaurants and attractions in the Centro part of Oaxaca. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de los Frailes. Alejandro was super helpful and accommodating, as well as the the rest of the staff! The location was great and we plan to stay here again next time we visit.

We needed accommodation unexpectedly at 1 am and we found this hotel. The reception was open and the staff were so friendly and they handled everything smoothly.
