This is a great value hotel set in a cool part of town while not being in the thick of it. Great beds (maybe too soft for some). Pillows are one of those things that very few hotels ever get right as it is so personal. Lovely and staff. Rooms give in to a common court area which makes noise travel so for those travellers that are noise sensitive, this is not good for you. Breakfast is included and is good. Only bummer is the American style filter coffee - you need to go to any of the great coffee shops with espresso machines to get a proper fix. Overall highly recommended

Great spot, with a great view from the breakfast terrace. Crazy beautiful place with loads of fauna in the vicinity. Few blocks away from the hearth of the city. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us with every need we had. Breakfast included and it was completely peaceful the whole stay. Totally recommend!

The hotel itself was beautiful, the service was really good everyone there is super attentive and nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! A lot of different options throughout the week! Coffee was great and the pool area is amazing!

BEWARE OF ROACHES!! Very disappointed with my stay here. We encountered roaches in our room and when the staff was informed all they did was give us a bottle of raid, no apologies or another room. When I asked if a discount was possible for the roach inconvenience the attendant let me know that the hotel had been previously fumigated and that they cannot control if roaches appear because it is a hot season. There were other bugs as well but roaches were disgusting. Lots of potential in this hotel but overall I was very dissatisfied at the handling of the roach incident.

Have a king suite. It's a good sized room and the bed is very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and service is very good. Breakfast is good. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

I wanted to love this adorable hotel, but the late night noise was impossible. Guests in nearby rooms had guests over past 3am and television noise that shook my walls until dawn…for multiple nights. I couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs and it ruined my days of sightseeing. Without a receptionist on site at night, nothing could be done. There’s no one to speak to to handle issues after 11pm. The reason to pay for a nice hotel is to escape partiers in the hostels. This was not the case.

I love this little oasis! The property is traditional with modern upgrades and is kept in beautiful repair with pride. The garden is the star of this property. The greenery creates a well-maintained tropical garden with a deep pool for cooling off. This garden is quiet and perfect for reading a book and relaxing. The staff are extremely professional but the biggest shout out goes to the cleaning staff! The place is absolutely spotless and fresh. I have only removed one star because noise does travel. If people are in the halls or garden at night or early in the morning it will wake you up but during my stay most of the guests were very respectful of each other. Perfect place in Oaxaca!
