Room has bad ventilation and bathroom was not very clean. Location is good and price is good. We had two rooms, the one in the ground floor had a queen bed with a good mattress, the one in the top floor had two beds but the mattresses were not comfortable at all. So, this hotel will get you out of trouble but there are better ones in Oaxaca that are just a bit more expensive.

Do not stay here. They charged my credit card as a cash advance rather than a regular business transaction and the interest fee accrues daily at a much higher rate. Luckily I learned this the day after we returned home. Mosquitos and charcoal smoke from street food vendors made our stay uncomfortable.

The lie bothers us, since it is evident that they know about the situation and that they probably used the same keys that they showed us to enter our room, since we assume that they belong to the same people who run the place. It is worth mentioning that all our belongings are complete, so the only damage caused was literal psychological. Our recommendation is a camera in the corridors or a manual lock inside the room.

Nos molesta la mentira, pues es evidente que ellos saben de la situación y que probablemente utilizó las mismas llaves que nos enseñó para entrar a nuestra habitación pues suponemos que es de las mismas personas que atienden el lugar.
