Wonderful hotel with a perfect location! Walkable to all the main sites, restaurants, and shops in Oaxaca. Gorgeous historic building with all the modern needs inside. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The Jr. suite had plenty of room for 4 people. Excellent staff. Very clean. Authentic breakfast included with your stay at the on-site restaurant. We would stay again!

Walked in, and just asked them about breakfast options. I didn't receive any "hello". The hostess just almost ordered me not to enter before passing pseudo-anti-covid rug. In August 2022. Lacking of hospitality and rationality.

No hospitality, very dark room (no windows), awful continental breakfast and coffee. Dining room institutional. Hard mattress and pillows. Wish I had read the reviews.

The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Very friendly and catered to our every need. Breakfast included was great! Will stay again!

Professional staff, nice restaurant, and love the rooftop views!
Also, check-out time is noon but my meeting ran over and they allowed me to check out later with no problems! I will return

A nice hotel that, sadly, tries to make money in all the bad and unnecessary ways - water bottles next to a sink that you can’t drink the water from and then shows a sign charging $20pesos for the water. Coffee in the room and a small sign that you’ll be charged. A roof deck at the top of the building that has signs about not bringing even a snack to share, a “free breakfast” that charges if you want to eat bread.
If this place simply eases up on overcharges, the slightly higher price you pay would be worth it. Alas, the little things that could make a good place great make a good place just ok.

Horrendous management. Made me wait for more then an hour in a lobby before checking in. No compensation.

Found hair on the floor in the bathroom. Room smelled musty. Breakfast ok
